These songs were originally recorded over twenty years ago across several states in Holly Hill, Florida (Reel Time Studios), Daytona Beach, Florida (Jason and Cody's Crib), Tarpon Springs, Florida (Studio 420), Houston, Texas (South Coast Recorders) and New Albany, Indiana (Studio 2002).

These songs were remixed by Jonathan Hay on October 1st and 2nd of 2023. With 'Audio Stepchild Revisited' - Atlas Jenkins and Jonathan Hay wanted to preserve the noisy, lo-fi, low budget analog tape sound from the original demo sessions.

Audio Stepchild went on to collaborate with Prince, Death Row Records, ESPN (for University of Louisville Football), Nappy Roots and many more.
